Selling Real Estate
22 April 2012
There are probably less people using hard sell tactics in selling real estate than there are in many other forms of sales. In much sales, the selling opportunity is a brief one. If the sale is not closed on initial contact, the likelihood of an eventually successful outcome are reduced dramatically. Any type of retail sale or perhaps auto sales are good examples of this. In real estate, however, the initial contact is extremely unlikely to result in a sale, so the process becomes one of building trust and attempting to establish an on going relationship. Hard sell will not work most of the time as opportunities for the prospect to reconsider are omnipresent. That is why having Real Estate Business Cards is so important.
